About Me • Claudia Bonilla
NYS Licensed Massage Therapist, Ayurvedic Therapist, and Traditional Chinese Medicine Student.
She was born and raised in Lima, Peru where at a young age was introduced to movement and folk medicine. She trained in Spanish classical dance for twelve years which provided her with awareness in maintaining a strong and healthy body.
In her early twenties, she found yoga while looking for sustainable practices for body and mind. In 2012, she made her first trip to India to study yoga in Mysore where she also learned Ayurveda and Massage through the Ayurvedic massage training at the Mummuksha Center. She was also initiated in Magnified Healing®, an energy healing modality, as well as Intuitive Guidance through Intuitive Readings.
After a fibromyalgia diagnosis, she went back to India to keep studying yoga and get Ayurvedic treatments for pain relief. After three months of treatments, there were no traces of body pain, which encouraged her to keep studying holistic medicine. As part of her holistic healing, she took the Shamanic Breathwork training at the Open Center in Pai, Thailand, and Ayurvedic Coaching Training at Kripalu Center for Yoga and Health in Massachusetts.
She graduated from Pacific College of Oriental Medicine, New York, with an Associate of Professional Studies in Massage Therapy. She is pursuing her Master of Science in Acupuncture with a Chinese Herbal Medicine Specialization at Pacific College of Health and Science, NY.

Claudia aims to improve your well-being by providing therapeutic touch, energy healing, and Ayurvedic therapies. Her sessions integrate different modalities according to individual needs.
